I cannot recommend Hannah with Town South Floral highly enough. She has created several arrangements for me over the years, including Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and get-well gifts, and every single one has been absolutely beautiful. Her professionalism is impeccable, her communication is thoughtful and timely, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make each arrangement feel personal and special. She has such a gift for bringing an idea to life and creating something that feels elevated, intentional, and full of care. It is clear that she genuinely values her clients and takes great pride in her work. I have always been so impressed with both the quality of her arrangements and the kindness she brings to every interaction. I would trust her with any occasion and will continue recommending her to everyone I know!

Stunning flowers and came out even better than I expected for the price I paid. They delivered unbelievably quick after I placed my order. My friend’s day was made after she received her deliver. Excellent communication as well! Ty TSF!

We are from out of town and needed to pick up a spray on Sunday for a funeral visitation Sunday night. I spoke with Hannah, who agreed to meet us at the Lubbock floral shop so we could transport 80 miles away. The funeral spray was gorgeous! Great care was taken with the selection of flowers - they were fresh and just opening up, so they’ll be at their peak for the funeral tomorrow. Thank you so much for doing such an outstanding job and going above and beyond for us!

I just called Town South Floral in a panic and with very specific needs (all shades of pink...it's mom's favorite color) for a same day delivery. It's my mother's first birthday following her move to Lubbock and I didn't think ahead. I was met with the kindest most gracious customer service ever. They started on my requested arrangement while I was still on the phone and asked the driver to wait so it could go right out. Ive never been to Lubbock but if this is how that community takes care of it's own...I can see why my parents made the move. I don't know your names, but thank you thank you for taking such great care of a stranger when you weren't obligated to. I will try to post a photo once I get one.
